High-quality furnishings and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

The shower was cramped and uncomfortable. Wi-Fi was unreliable during my entire stay. I was also disappointed by the cleanliness of the common areas. They could clearly use a thorough cleaning.

the hotel was what we truly enjoyed during xmas. the venue's position was central. distance to the airport was just 20 km. got a varied and plentiful breakfast included. marvellous service was provided.

Couple's Cozy Getaway

We had a wonderful surprise welcome with a cake and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts were very accommodating and even gave us a late checkout for free since it was low season.

It wasn't cheap but it was worth every penny.

Big terrace access

rich and plentiful breakfasts for the stay-homemade chocolate cake to die for, appreciated it. the marvellous and fantastic location was a couple of blocks away from palazzo spada. it was located in a beautiful area really close to lots of restaurants as well as coffee places.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially with the boys who loved the spacious junior suite and the daily breakfast that included good pastries. Cristian was super accommodating, even arranging dinner recommendations to nearby restaurants that the whole family enjoyed.

My kids wished for a pool, as it would be great for them to cool off after sightseeing.

Couple suitable retreat

Cristian, the host, was just very nice. He organized our transport to the airport and was there to greet us when we arrived. The food and drinks stocked in the apartment for breakfast were a pleasant surprise. The compact room had this cute terrace where we enjoyed wine and chocolate cake together, it was perfect for us, a quieter spot away from the hustle of the city.

It wasn't inexpensive,, but I suppose you pay for quality.

Enjoyed the lovely balcony for mornings and the cozy atmosphere overall. The location is fantastic. Although some items were limited in the kitchen area, snacks were conveniently provided. Lack of a complete dining option for larger meals was a bit of a letdown, and street noise occasionally interrupted the tranquility in the evenings.

great location, clean rooms, small space

I stayed in the Double Room with Balcony for 1 night and loved the spaciousness of the room and the beautiful decor. The balcony was a great spot for coffee, even if it was a bit too chilly in March. The arrangements for breakfast were really nice with lots of options. Cristian was super helpful too. Just a few blocks from bustling areas, but the room was peaceful and quiet at night. A great place for a cozy stay in Rome!

This place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, air conditioning, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, which I remembered fondly. I highly recommend enjoying the delicious welcome cake. I'm coming back for a new year!
